This ELA resource is great for students in kindergarten, first grade, and second grade. Students will practice reading, editing, rewriting sentences, and writing short stories with the activities provided. You can use this as a whole group activity, morning work activity, word work, and for literacy centers.

This product includes:
Differentiated response pages ranging from Kindergarten through second grade
Writing checklists: capital letters, finger spaces, punctuation, name check, does my story make sense.
Cube Inserts: There are a subject and predicate inserts for all four seasons and a set of generic non-themed inserts. Each set includes a black and white and color version.
How does it work?
Students will roll a subject and predicate cube, read the sentence, write the sentence (depending on the response page chosen), and determine whether or not the sentence makes sense. You can also use these cubes as story starters and use the response pages provided.
